Beta opens October 12
One hundred restaurants, ten at a time.
Setup is free for as long as it takes. The first 30 days are free from the day you download AIR. Then $99 a month for 12 months, with calls past 200 at $0.50. Then the full plan price. Want DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub connected? That is AIR Express: $100 for the 30 free days, then its full price of $299 a month.
Founding 25. The beta price, $99 a month for 12 months, plus in-person setup, unlimited personal support and a direct line to the founder's office.
Joining takes no card. Month to month. Plans are on the pricing page.
How it starts.
- 01
You tell us when you want to go live
The form below asks for the month. We bring restaurants live ten at a time, so the date you pick is the wave you join.
- 02
We send you the app
AI-R Staff is on TestFlight for the beta, not the App Store. When your wave opens, one of us sends the invite to the email you give us, and the app installs on the iPads and iPhones you already own.
- 03
You start the plan below
The plan lives in the app. It opens on the step you are on, tells you what it needs from you, and does the rest itself. Nothing here is a form to fill in alone.
A computer, then the iPad, then every iPhone.
Where you start
Computer
You ask for a seat here. The back office lives in the browser, on a PC or a Mac: your team, your menu, your settings and the books.
Where the plan runs
iPad
The invite installs AI-R Staff on the iPads you already own. The plan opens there, and so does the Today screen that runs the room once you go live.
Where it ends up
iPhone
The same app on the iPhones you already own. Staff take orders at the table, and you check last night's close from wherever you are.
Then the plan. 20 steps, in three phases.
Each phase is named for what you get at the end of it, not for the work it costs. This is the same road the app walks you down, in the same order, with the same numbers. Most of it is a conversation: you answer what only you can answer, and AI-R fills in the rest.
So you can take orders and get paid.

Banking and card processing comes third because the processor application takes the longest and nothing else waits on it. Recipes and plate costs sit in phase one because they are what turn your menu into food cost later. Food costs are there too, inside Features after the cut, rather than on the road.
Join the beta.
Independent, full service, one or a few locations. You bring the iPads and printers you already own. For payments, keep Square, keep your own processor, or use Stripe or AI-R Pay through us.
Not ready to put your name down? Neither of these asks for an email. Grade your restaurant and see what a guest sees on their phone, or bring your POS menu export and watch it become a working menu in about a minute.
