Pricing questions
Is direct online ordering really included?
Yes. Zero-commission online ordering on your own website, including delivery by your own drivers, on both plans. Customers can order from the AI-R ordering page or from a website we enhance for you.
What happens on a busy phone month?

Do you mark up payment processing?
Not on the pass-through. Your processor or ours: Square or Stripe at the rates they publish, or AIR's own processing, with AIR's fee shown in the rate calculator. Processing is separate from the AI-R subscription, and we do not hide margin inside Square or Stripe card rates.
Can I keep OpenTable, Resy, DoorDash or Uber Eats?
Yes. AI-R works beside the channels you already run. Keep them on day one, and use AI-R to make your own channels stronger. To run DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub inside AI-R, that is AIR Express.
What does AI-R not replace yet?
Keep your accounting and payroll software: exports to QuickBooks, Xero and payroll providers are coming. Also coming soon: Tap to Pay on iPhone, GoDaddy payments, Google Ads, Social ads, ChatGPT ads, Social posting.
What does built-in SEO mean?
We structure menu items, categories, ordering paths, schema and local restaurant data so Google can understand the site. Then we track rankings and report progress over time instead of just saying the site was optimized.
